Design Process

We like to follow a solid structured process with our clients to ensure a project is completed as efficiently as possible and to fit the requested time schedule. Following your interest in our services we would provide the following:

1 The Brief

This is a free consultation and there is no obligation to proceed any further after this stage if you so wish.

An initial one to one consultation, in person, where we will work out all the aims, requirements and design considerations of the site.

2 The Quote

We will write up the brief compiling a corresponding quote and a written document outlining the agreed requirements and due dates.

3 The Contract

Once both parties are agreed on the brief and quote we will send through a contract to formalise the agreement.

4 Content Deadline

A due date will be set for compiling all the content for the site. During this period an initial design will be completed.

5 Completion and Approval

Once the design has been approved, the site will then be constructed, all content inserted and the site will be posted to a staging site for final approval.

Pricing

The price of a web site depends on many things and so it is impossible to give a blanket price as variables include the size of the site, the level of re-designed material, if content management systems are required etc. Please do contact us for a quote, if you would like to get a rough ball park figure before meeting for a brief then do call us.
