The Master Herbalist (www.themasterherbalist.co.uk) is a small company based in Suffolk, England. They sell a variety of products from Garden tools, soaps and scrubs, to grow your own kits, moth herbs and suchlike.
The Master Herbalist required an online shop from which they could retail all their wares online as well as providing an e-catalogue for trade people to order from.
Their site is 100% manageable from an online control panel, where multiple staff members, including a seperate fulfillment warehouse, are able to add and remove products and view current orders. We also provided consultation on the setting up of Google Adwords to help advertise the stroe and drive traffic to it.
The Master Herbalist has seen a steady increase in turn over through their website and it has become a key part of their marketing and planning strategy.
